Dave joined the old GPO  straight from school in 1967 and has remained within the same company through many changes of identity.  His current job is as a  senior regulatory specialist in the newly formed Openreach division of BT.

He  has a prominent role in outside industry as BT’s nominated director of the National Joint Utilities Group. He is Operations Director of that organisation. He is also utilities side chair of HAUC UK.

Dave was involved with the development of the New Roads and Street Works Act in the early 90’s and is now heavily involved with TMA and represents NJUG on the Permits and Inspections working groups.

Dave is married with a four year old son and lives in a small village near Milton Keynes. He is keen on all sport and is a long standing season ticket holder at Watford FC. He is also an enthusiastic quizzer and in the summer likes to relax over a fishing rod for the odd hour or two.
